OSU!  I trust everyone has had a good and fulfilling holiday.  It’s time to start thinking of the new year and what better way to kick off the new year?  The Kagami Baraki of course!  At 12 pm on New Years day we will be gathering at the Clifton Park Dojo to get things started.

This year, Hanshi has a special request of everyone.  Hanshi would like everyone to pick one of these three things and write something basic about it.  He requests that you put some thought into it and bring it to the workout.  Do not put your name on it.  This is to be done anonymously. If you are unable to attend but would still like to submit something via email.  This can be done anonymously by clicking here.

The three things Hanshi would like you to choose from are:

2. What is your wish for the year?

3. Your act of kindness?

Pick one of these three and write about it and bring it to the New Years workout.  If you have any questions please feel free to ask someone in the front office.
